10 Things to Do When You Get Your New Company Logo
There are some important steps to take when you get a new company logo whether you just got your first ever logo for your newly launched company or you simply redesigned your old logo. Follow these 10 steps to make sure that you don't miss anything when if comes to updating your branding.
1. Digitize Your Logo
The first thing you should do after receiving your shiny new company logo is get it digitized. Digitizing your logo ensures that the design elements and ratios won't be skewed when you resize your logo for different applications. You should also digitize your logo for embroidery so you can have it embroidered on corporate apparel and uniforms down the line.
2. Put Your Logo on Your Website
Once your logo is digitized the next step is to add it to your company website. Company logos are typically located on the top left and bottom left of each page of your website. Best practice is to have your logos link back to your homepage for easy navigation.
3. Order Staff Uniforms with Your Logo
Your customers and clients need to know who works for you and who does not. The best way to do that is with custom employee uniforms with your custom embroidered or screen printed company logo. 4. Have Business Cards Printed with Your Logo

5. Add Your Logo to Corporate Apparel
Don't have customer-facing employees or employees in the field? That doesn't mean you should miss out on all the custom apparel fun! Adding your custom printed or embroidered corporate logo to t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, jackets, and hats makes for great corporate gifts or new hire welcome gifts! Plus, it's an awesome way to show off your new logo to your friends on the weekend too.
6. Put Your Logo Around Your Office or Building
Always mark your business with your logo or company name on the exterior of the building so people can find you. If you're running a retail store or shop make sure to make this signage large enough for people to see across the street!
