At Merchology, one of our Core Values is to Win as a Team! One of the primary ways we do this is by supporting one another. Our Wellness Committee is a prime example of caring employees who want to look out for their team! The Wellness Committee’s goal is to redefine what wellness means to each person at Merchology.
The Merchology Wellness Committee puts on events, provides resources, and spearheads programs to educate employees and provide a space to explore health and wellness. The committee is constantly looking for new ways to support our team's wellbeing both in the office and at home. Wellness means something different for everyone, and the Wellness Committee strives to provide something for everyone, no matter their goals.
Wellness Committee Presentations
The Wellness Committee gives presentations during the day that anyone can join and watch. These quick seminars are a great opportunity for our team to learn about healthy practices to incorporate into our day-to-day lives! The Wellness Team has taught us all about sleep habits, neurodiversity, and how to maintain a stress-free life!
Merchology Wellness Events
The Wellness Committee puts on fun, educational events in the office to provide a space for interactive learning. The team has hosted a healthy-food potluck, yoga class, meditation time, and a book club!
