Here at Merchology, we’re focused on being involved in our community. Our Giveback Team is made up of hard-working, genuine, caring people who organize and coordinate volunteering opportunities for our whole company! The Giveback Team plays a major role in helping us act upon our Core Values and show the world who we are deep down!

Merchology Impact Week
In 2023, the Giveback Team Hosted the first company-wide Impact Week! The committee organized a whole week’s worth of volunteer opportunities. A total of 174 MerchFam volunteers put in a collective 440 volunteer hours!
Merchology’s Annual Eco Challenge
Since 2020, the Giveback Team has hosted an annual Eco Challenge! These challenges help our team practice different sustainable habits that we can implement into our lives long-term.
Merchology’s 1% For the Planet Membership
Merchology partners with 1% For The Planet, which means that 1% of our profits from Patagonia and Zusa sales is invested into organizations committed to cleaning up and protecting the planet!
